Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
We at Corporatejetmodels.com take pride in
our outstanding customer service. Your complete shopping satisfaction is
our number one priority. If an item you ordered from corporatejetmodels.com
does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us by mail within
30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below. We will gladly
accept returns or make exchanges on airplane models purchased from Corporatejetmodels.com.
We cannot give a refund for airplane models that are highly
customized to the specific customers’ needs unless the model has been damaged
during shipping or the model contains any defects (of any degree) on the part of
corporatejetmodels.com. In that case a FULL refund will be issued.
Returns
You may return any or all of your models for any reason within 30
days of purchase, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you return and we accept your model
within this period, we will refund your full model purchase price. All credit
card or check transactions returned within 30 days and accompanied with a
receipt will be refunded by check or credit card in the amount of the credit.
You must return the original box intact with all components
(model, stand, original manufacturer box). All components must be in like-new
condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original customer receipt and
will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.

Exchanges
Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange your airplane model for another
one of the same type, but in a different paint scheme and/or N-number. If
we have sent you the wrong N-number, model, or color, corporatejetmodels.com
will pay for shipping of the model to us, either in a pre-paid package or
we will refund your money once we receive the model. In order to make
the exchange, you must return the original box, intact with all components
(model, stand, box), in like-new condition. All exchanges must be accompanied
with the original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser
whose name appears on the receipt.
